Simply put, our project managers transform a design into a workspace. While simple to state, what they do to make this a reality is far more involved. It’s a process that can start long before the product ships and concludes after the install is complete.
Bialek’s project managers work closely with Design and clients from the beginning by field verifying job-sites to identify potential delivery or staging issues. They also review installation drawings prepared by Design. Before scheduling installation they meet with client representatives and general contractors, if required, to clarify requirements and ensure a smooth installation. Bialek’s project managers coordinate every aspect of the installation, including coordinating with other trades involved on the site. When it is time for installation, Bialek’s project managers are frequently on the job-site to oversee installation and trouble shoot issues that may arise. They perform a post-installation walk-through with the client and create a punch list if necessary.
Bialek’s project managers have many years of experience and have backgrounds in interior design, furniture installation and client services. They are dedicated to making sure that every project is completed as planned and that it meets the client’s expectations.
