Bialek provides a valuable post-installation service we call Keep It New (KIN). Our KIN program is an extensive renewable maintenance service that protects your investment in furniture. We take the burden of keeping your furniture looking and functioning as good as new. It makes sense to maintain what you have, rather than replace it.
The Keep It New service consists of comprehensive inspections twice a year. We are also available between visits to take care of any emergencies. KIN inspections include:
- Reinstallation of any items that may have become loose or fallen off, such as base covers, tackboards, keyboard trays and paper management tools
- Chair repairs and demonstrations
- Wood and metal touch-ups, as well as spot cleaning, where possible
- Furniture adjustments to help ensure a proper ergonomic work environment
- Identification of anything that needs immediate repair or replacement
- Reduction in cost of service for repairs that may not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranties
- In-service training for anyone who needs to know more about the function of any product
