Bialek’s Client Services department serves as our communication hub. While account managers, designers and project managers are out in the field, Client Services is always here to answer your call. Each coordinator is assigned a specific territory, so you’ll always have someone familiar with your account available. The same coordinator follows your order from the time it arrives until invoicing and thereafter as needs arise.
This service requires an experienced specialist with exceptional attention to detail. Our client services coordinators average 15+ years of experience in the furniture industry. This experience provides an understanding of the unique requirements of our clients and manufacturers. Our government client services coordinators have years of experience dealing with GSA and other government contracts and know how to help their clients expedite the procurement process.
We plan each order so that COM fabrics (customer owned material) are delivered to the manufacturer when needed and products from all manufacturers arrive at our installation warehouse on time. Tagging, packing and shipping instructions to the manufacturer and carrier are provided by Bialek to ensure a smooth, trouble free installation. All acknowledgements are checked for accuracy. After initial orders are entered, any change orders are coordinated with the manufacturers.
