What is a Raving Fan?

Each person on the Bialek team strives for “Raving Fans”. The title speaks for itself. When we provide excellent service or outstanding results, the people around us, clients and co-workers, notice and become our biggest fans. We acknowledge “Raving Fans” at staff meetings and on this website. The book entitled Raving Fans, by Ken Blanchard is required reading for all Bialek employees.
